This workshop brought together top management of Oman Oil company with 150 females at the company and got them to share their experiences and identify the advantages of working at OOCEP. All of that was through a fun and engaging process. The methodology included sharing worldwide statistics on challenges that face females in a work place, team building activities, surveys and direct feedback from participants. Moreover, the workshop highlighted the positives of the work environment at OOCEP along with tackling main concerns that the females face in their day to day working environment.
